The Chocolate Shop San Ginés is the most famous of Madrid. Located in the Passage of San Ginés (in the centre, a few metres from Puerta del Sol) it was founded in 1894 and has grown to become one of the most emblematic places, which attract thousands of tourists and locals to taste his famous chocolate with churros. It was built in 1890 as an inn and a guesthouse, but in 1894 became anestablishment for making churros using the traditional technique called \"a hombro.\"
