ABC Serrano

The ABC Serrano shopping center is found in the center of Madrid, in the Salamanca neighborhood. This is a unique space thanks to the three buildings that make up the center, between Calle de Serrano and Paseo de la Castellana. The shopping center has 14,948 square meters of tranquil spacein which you can breathe easy. The center combines the three buildings where the headquarters of the Spanish presswere located until 1989, and where the weekly magazine Blanco y Negroand the ABCnewspaper were edited,from which the mall gets its name. The building on the Paseo de la Castellana has conserved a neomudéjar façade, designed by Aníbal González, that evokes the Plaza de España in Sevilla, which was constructed for the Ibero-American Exposition of 1929 in Sevilla. The oldest building has its façade facing the Calle de Serrano; hereABC and Serrano were founded. The most modern building is parallel to the center of Paseo de la Castellana and has been approved to construct an interior rotunda that disperses customers and visitors to the shopping center.
