La Pajarita is the oldest chocolate shop in Madrid currently managed by the sixth generation of the Aznárez family. La Pajarita is one of the most emblematic places in the city, being mainly famous for its Classic Candies, Chocolate Pajarita Bonbons and, of course, its Violet Candies, being the creators of the authentic Madrid violet.
